Terms and Conditions for Xclusive Yacht Experience Offer

1. Offer Details :

This offer is valid for customers who purchase online at Wood and Steel between 8th November till 21st November 2023. Each customer will receive two free Exclusive Yacht Experience vouchers. The vouchers can be redeemed between November 2023 and March 2024.

2. Voucher Redemption
To redeem their vouchers, customers must present their offer pass to an Exclusive Yachts representative. Prior bookings are recommended and bookings are subject to availability.

3. Eligibility
This offer is only available to customers who make a purchase at Wood and Steel during the offer period.

4. Limitations
This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been made, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

6. Liability
Wood and Steel and Xclusive Yachts are not liable for any loss or damage to property or personal injury that may occur during the Exclusive Yacht Experience.

7. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this offer shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Parties.

8. Counterparts
This offer may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
