Standard Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah) : Free Delivery | Standard Delivery (To Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah) : 150 AED | Express Delivery (To Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah) : 350 AED

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 2-3 working days for Dubai & Sharjah orders and 5-7 working days for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, RAK and Fujairah orders. However, please be advised that the shipping duration may vary depending on the specific product selected during non sale period. We kindly request that you carefully review the product description for further details. (This duration is valid only if you are placing order on a non sale period) Delivery will take a little longer if the order was placed during sale period (4 weeks ). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some of the far areas like Ruwais.

How will the delivery be done?

We try to process all deliveries through Wood & Steel's delivery system. Express deliveries are outsourced.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

Pickup available ?

Yes, Customer can pickup the online orders from our showroom located at Al Quoz, Please make sure to inform us 2 days prior.All orders under 400 AED is eligible only for pickup.
