  • What is Wood & Steel's Return policy?

    Please be informed that refunds are not accepted by our company. However, the Purchaser is eligible for an exchange of the product for an item of the same value. This exchange can be done either by visiting our showroom directly or by initiating the process online. It is important to note that the exchange request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase. However its not applicable for items that is bought under Sale period. No Refund & No Exchange for any of the items purchased during sale period. Before making a purchase, we highly recommend verifying that the product's dimensions will fit comfortably in your elevator or home. Please take note that the color and texture of the product in the image may slightly differ from the actual product. For specific information on shipping criteria, kindly refer to our return policy. To ensure a successful exchange, please return the product in its original condition, along with the bills and labels. Credit notes are not accepted during sale period,its eligible only on full priced item.

  • How to raise dispute for an order?

    You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery, in either of by sending an email to with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery, please mention your order number in the email .
